A PMHNP is a registered nurse with advanced training who can assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions, including prescribing medications and providing psychotherapy.

If you are looking for ADHD treatment and do not have a prior diagnosis, typically a non-stimulant medication will be started. In order to get stimulants such as Adderall, Ritalin, Concerta or Vyvanse, you may be referred for further neuropsychological testing.

We treat children through adult. Common diagnoses are depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD and a variety of other mental health conditions.

All appointments are virtual via telehealth .

First offense: If you do not cancel your appointment at least 48 hours/ 2 business days before your appointment, you will be charged a no show fee of $100. Each no show thereafter, without 48 hours notice, will incur the full rate out-of network cost. An intake interview will explore your mental health wellness needs and desires. We will talk through your interests in therapy, medical history, family, identity, and other concerns to develop an initial treatment plan.

Writing for a controlled substance is all the sole discretion of our practitioners, regardless if you have been previously prescribed the medications. If you have medical records showing a previous diagnosis, please send these to us prior to your initial appointment.
